AL; heavy oak/pine woods with adjacent wetland (seep, springs) Eastern Wood-Peewee (due to the long wings & tail) vs. other flycatcher sp. He flew down to a dead limb just a few feet above the ground--I think to investigate me rather than forage as I did not see him sally or flycatch.
