31 Aug to 02 Sept 2021 Monterey co. CA; Carmel Valley

Riparian area; thin woods,  human habitation, open yards:

1.   I recognize the American Crow.  At least 3 others:

Yellow dot--mostly a sweet downslur

Green arc--very faint, but sounds like a scolding chatter or maybe a trill

Blue bracket--very faint chatter or scold

1. Birds I hear (not in order) are Dark-eyed Junco, American Crow, Bushtits, a goldfinch maybe, Anna's Hummingbird, a California Scrub-Jay, Oak Titmouse, maybe a warbler?

2. Birds I hear (not in order) are either a woodpecker drum or a crow and a couple birds in the background too faint for me to ID.

3. Birds I hear (not in order) are I think Dark-eyed Junco. I'm not sure tho. I don't hear any birds in there besides the junco thing. Also LeConte's Thrasher in Monterey there is pretty much 0% chance of one showing up. If there is a thrasher it's a California.

4. Birds I hear (not in order) are Black Phoebe and maybe a Cal Towhee calling as well. I don't know if BLPH's make the towhee call.

5. Birds I hear (not in order) are Black Phoebe and maybe a Cal Towhee. I don't know if BLPH's make the towhee call.

6. Birds I hear (not in order) are Black Phoebe and maybe Cal Towhee.

7. Birds I hear (not in order) are either Cal Quail or Turkey and either bushtit or chickadee. I'm thinking Chickadee.

Thank you!  BirdNet called #7 Wild Turkey.  It didn't sound like any of the Wild Turkey sounds I've heard in the East, but I wondered if the sounds were different in the Western groups.
