floraphile
Sorry, All--I just saw this forum is only for NA birds. In the previous WhatBird version, couldn't we delete/edit our posts after posting? Where should I post these CR birds for ID?

At this time there is no subforum for birds outside of North America, so I think you should be fine. The edit feature has changed -- you are not able to edit posts after five minutes or so. psweet
Yes, Black Guan -- assuming it's actually from Costa Rica. Either that or Gray Hawk. Without a view of the upperside or any idea where it came from, I wouldn't want to make that call. I think so, although it seems rather bright. Yes, Bananaquit. floraphile
Thank you! The song of #3 was definitely that of a thrush--beautiful and melodic.

I think it's fine to keep posting them here; the admin is planning to add more forums but has a lot of catching up to do since the forums have to be basically rebuilt from the ground up at this point. If you have active threads when a regional forum is added, I can move them there. I would recommend that you continue to add the country to the thread title.
