So do I.  The pinkish wash on the lower underparts fits a female Vermilion.  I considered Say's Phoebe too, but the white throat fits Vermilion better.

I can get on board with Vermillion too. The perch is exactly where I've seen them too; I'm more used to seeing Kingbirds up a little higher, like on an electric wire.

Not a kingbird -orange, not yellow belly. Also distinct white throat with dark patch over the eye. Not a Say's Phoebe for similar reasons... the color is too vibrant for that. Agreed with VEFL.

Just so we're clear, the original poster hasn't been seen in 3.5 months.  We're identifying this one for our own benefit.  Nothing wrong with that, we all could use the practice.
