Seen through this morning. Eurasian Marsh-Harrier in Morris County, New Jersey!! Possibly the bird found in Maine this past August? https://ebird.org/nj/checklist/S122138206. So far only eBirded there on the 9th, Wednesday. Too bad it's not there any more, it's really close to an interstate and no more than 4.5 hours drive for me. The only other records in eBird for North America are a long-staying bird in Bermuda in 2015 & 2016, and the 1994 Virginia bird.
