I agree with all, except maybe 4 being a Dark eyed Junco?

14 is a Savannah, LeConte's and Grasshopper Sparrows look quite a bit different in both plumage and structure, plus habitat would be weird, and LeConte's in particular would be a really good bird for the state.

13 is Song/Swamp simply due to how dark and reddish it is, probably not identifiable

 

It's not spizella, those are more dainty, longer tailed, and less dark/reddish
