@Quiscalus quiscula--I saw this one from a pontoon boat in the back reaches of a bay/sound & it was still quite distant & only visible with bins or telephoto lens, so maybe they are more retiring/shy in migration.

Theres 34 state records, one will show up. It'll just take a little time.
