BW 2009
Taken in Columbus Ohio, today (Nov 1, 2021) I'm fairly certain that this is a LeConte's but facial pattern looks a different than other photos I've seen. Thanks!

BW 2009
Unfortunately, this is the only other one I have, it was a fair distance and it fled quickly after I got focus on it
Birding Boy
This looks better for a Henslow’s Sparrow to me. Great bird for the date!

Henslow's didn't enter my mind for some reason, thanks!

LeConte's facial pattern is a little different, and lacks the olive greenish wash on the head. Instead it's more orange.
Liam
HENSLOW'S!! I still haven't got a good look at one. I've only seen one zoom past when doing a sparrow survey marching through a wiregrass prairie.
Hasan
That big-headed and big-billed look is classic Henslow's. Much easier to hear than see. Easy to get in the right habitat in the right area, I usually see a handful each year and hear more. Much much harder to get in the fall
