Band-backed or Spot-breasted Wrens?

Snapped these pictures but the birds camouflaged with the dried leaves. Perhaps a Band-backed or Spot-breasted Wren? Taken at Mystic River Lodge in San Ignacio Belize in the Cayo District, last week.

I think band-backed, shows it's name sake bands on its back and tail, plus the throat and belly spots. spot-breasted(and almost all wrens in the Yucatan) have solid and very contrasting brown backs compared to their chest unlike banded-backed.

Your welcome!!! I'm by no means an expert, I visited Belize in 2018 so I studied up on the Yucatan peninsula birds a bit. ?

I assume you have a pet bird? If so, I would suggest finding a pet bird forum(this forum is for wild bird identification and discussion.), they will be able to help you more.

I agree it looks more like a Band-Backed, with the neck polka-dotted as opposed to streaky-spotted, and the gray crown. It's rudely hiding its reddish-brown underparts. The calls are also very different; Band-Backed tend to appear in small but very noisy groups.
