Help w/Hawk ID

Just not what I'm used to. Probably just because I haven't seen many juvies, I see more adults where I am. It's possible that it's a different subspecies as well, I'm not sure what subspecies are a bit further south (I'm in upstate NY).

It's not a juvenile; the streaking pattern and dark eye mean it's an adult.  It might look weird because it's holding its wings underneath its tail.
