Right-click the file, select Properties, click the Details tab. Look for Date Taken. If you use eBird, you can find your checklist for the date to get the location.
Birding Boy
If possible, cropping the original image would help immensely.
Seanbirds
Not sure why, but I’m getting Lark/Pipit vibes from this bird…

The Bird Nuts
I think the moustacial stripe is too extensive for a pipit. My thought was Vesper Sparrow. I'd like to see the photo cropped though.
Charlie Spencer
There appears to be significant rust on the breast, for whatever that may be worth.
meghann
(redacted) I thought the bill was too thick for pipit, but now I'm not sure. I can say with 100% confidence that it is, without a doubt, a bird of some sort. Edited December 5, 2021 by meghann 1

RobinHood
Apologies to the OP if I crossed the line but tried, just a quick attempt, to get some more detail out of the somewhat blurry photo (and not many pixels to work with).
PaulK
Not an expert but structurally that just doesn't look like a sparrow to me.
Kadynn_H
Kinda gives me vibes of an immature male/female Lark Bunting with the huge white wing stripe, thick bill and head pattern plus the sage habitat but it's not a perfect fit still. I know you can't remember the location but can we eliminate a few options - can you confirm this was taken in the US?(have you birded outside of the states before?).

DLecy
It's a Vesper Sparrow. The thick white fringes on the median coverts and the facial pattern, combined with the structurally large(ish), husky bird with a long tail make this a VESP.
Galen Frantz
OK, so I looked back through my day book, and this photo came from the Morley Nelson Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area on 30 AUG 2021. I found the original series of photos and have cropped this one and one other. Hope this helps.

There is absolutely no doubt about it.
