I don’t do social media, so just eBird. I am WAYYYY behind on my photo uploads there as it is!! ? ?

Bro same. I always say "pics tba" on all my checklist and then never do. Sometimes I'll get a reviewer months later ask for the pics to be uploaded.

I’m pretty good at submitting photos for the eBird reviewer but that’s because I generally don’t see rarities, and the handful of times I have, I was a little bit more caught up on my photo posting.

Here and ebird, unlike some of the people above that say they are behind in sharing with ebird I am probably guilty of over sharing with ebird. I have shared something like 4700 photo with ebird.

I spent the last several months overhauling all my eBird photos.  That included replacing the original photos with cropped versions where appropriate, and deleting some that were no longer up to my standards.  The snipe photos several people helped me ID this weekend were the last ones, and I only posted one of those losers.

I'm working on going through and 'decluttering' my eBird photos.

I put pics on eBird, iNaturalist, here, blog and website.  I am trying to add more of my older pics to eBird as I can, and website is woefully behind on updates to birds of the county.  I have a Flickr, but stopped using it once they charged $$.  I pay for my website, so I use that as a source for any identification pics I post on here now.

I pay for Flickr, but yeah, I wouldn't if I had my own domain. Can I ask how much you pay and storage space? Wondering if it's more cost effective.

$70/yr - G Suite - basically a google e-mail with the my name @ domain.com

$99/yr - Weebly

$33.90/2yrs - Customer domain

I don't know that I have a limit on storage.  I have uploaded videos, but I don't throw a ton up there.  My one issue I have is that I take so many photos the names can get re-used on my camera.  So I have some pics on my blog that are newer, and therefor, wrong pics on old write-ups.

It is pricier than Flickr for sure, but I wanted my own place and was willing to pay for it.

Boy, rates have gone up.  A decade ago I ran a fantasy racing league that had its own GoDaddy site.  I think it ran us around $70 annually for the domain, a couple of mailboxes, and 50 gig or so (way more than we needed).

For those interested, OneDrive is $2 monthly for a 100 gig.  Other options are available.

I think I got a deal starting out, and I liked the "dummy" tools for putting the site together.  I know I could move the site, but one of those things where the $$$ aren't worth the "risk".

I'm a proponent of bringing back blogs, and ditching Big Tech Social Media for communication.

I don't think that's oversharing, I'm approaching 10000 photos on ebird. I'm the one that's oversharing!

My good photos of all kinds go on Flickr.  (I'm nowhere near 1000 good photos.)  Photos for eBird rarities and birds that I think need documentation go on eBird.  ID requests and photos relevant to the few threads in this forum that I participate in--well, it's obvious. Once in a while an ID request or interesting sighting goes on some group on Facebook.
