AlexHenry Posted December 8, 2021 Share Posted December 8, 2021 (edited) Looks like a Harlan’s to me The tail pattern is quite unlike a Western Red-tail. Western Red-tails typically don’t have that much white on the base of the tail, and there is often some banding even on adults.
