Sharpie or Cooper's? Central New York 12/17/21

Taken near Sodus Point on Lake Ontario. Note: I think the "flared" tail shot was a flight maneuver, not normal flying position.

I think this bird probably unidentifiable, though if I had to pick I'd say Sharpie.

I agree with sharpie, but unless there are additional photos, I’d leave it as a /.

Granted, it’s only one feature, but it’s one of the few we can see.....the rounded tail suggests Cooper’s.
