On my very first guess!  BRDL 50 ????

Just heard about this. It’s a bird version of Wordle, something I’ve never played, but I just tried it and it’s fun! This version uses Banding codes for US birds, with a new puzzle everyday! http

I come from a family that is really into board games. When I visited my dad for Thanksgiving, we played lots of Mastermind and Pente. (The latter being one of my favorite games ever.)

Yeah, most people I talk to haven't heard of it. Such a great game, though. One of my teenagers finally beat me at it for the first time over Thanksgiving. I love games where it's such a simple concept, but the strategy involved is crazy.

What's fun about wordle is that it's deductive. The process is the fun part, not the result (other than the little serotonin kick from seeing the green). I think it's especially fun if you have someone to share notes with and compare your paths to the answer.

Yeah, I like looking at my friends' results and trying to guess the words they used. With yesterday's, one friend had one line I could NOT figure out, so had to ask her. That's when I discovered that "proke" is a word.
