When I get a couple of letters right off that have lots of options I find it helpful to 'waste' a guess or two on codes that if possible use NONE of the right letters - if I'm lucky I get another letter right, and if not I eliminate 4 options per guess instead of just 2.

Just heard about this. It’s a bird version of Wordle, something I’ve never played, but I just tried it and it’s fun! This version uses Banding codes for US birds, with a new puzzle everyday! http
