H007Khan
It appears to me that its is American Robin but I am not 100% sure.
Trevor L.
That… isn’t a North American bird I know of. Where did you see this?

IKLland
This is not a North American bird. Could it be an escaped pet or something?

And the bird is not a N.A bird.

Don't worry, I probably won't make a habit of it.
meghann
I too, doubt the authenticity of this post, especially because this same user name is getting posts removed from a reddit birding forum for stealing photos. For fun, though, I have been digging to try to find this species. I think it may be one of the Asian cuckoos. There are a couple with a similar coloration and tail pattern. Corey
This is just SPAM. Doing a reverse image search, this image shows up on many foreign websites like this one https://www.piqsels.com/da/search?q=robin
Kevin
Okay, I agree, this is most likely a spammer, but what has the user done that we can do anything about it?
meghann
Nothing right now. If they return and see that the jig is up, one of two things will happen: 1.) They'll just leave, or 2.) Will dig their heels in and become more of a problem. At that point, you might have grounds to take action. meghann
Although. . . Reading the forum rules again, it does explicitly state you can't post photos and claim them as your own if they aren't.
