chipperatl
Flooded farm fields paid off yesterday with 2 confirmed Long-billed Dowitchers. 4 more dowitchers that I put as 2 SBDO and 2 LBDO. Some debate on those right now. Only 2 American Golden-Plovers hanging around, and the fluddles were drying up fast.

IKLland
Got much better photos of a hermit warbler today! There were two of them. Also two Nashville warblers, a warbling vireo, lots of Wilson’s warblers and lots of Western tanagers. Edited April 29, 2022 by IKLland
Peromyscus
On the morning bird walk which I co-led: First of year Black-and-white Warbler. Also 3 Orchard Oriole adult males, all singing. 2 were close, while the third was high in a tree near a male Baltimore Oriole. I think the participants were all happy with these orioles. We also saw and heard 3 male Common Yellowthroats.
Snarkhunter
Summer Tanagers are back, along with the Barn Swallows. Saw 2 male, 1 female Rose-breasted Grosbeaks, there's a small flock (maybe 30?) of Cedar Waxwings still hanging around, as are a few Yellow-rumped Warblers. Also saw a pair of Baltimore Orioles - first time in about 6 years. Whoot!

Zoroark
The empids are definitely on the move out west. I saw a ton of them at Corn Creek a few days ago, and only a single one today. On the other hand, birds in the cardinal family are showing up, along with more warblers.

And some other birds too.
