ABCs of Birds...Weekly/Daily

The other two birds whose scientific names have a component that starts with a U that I've seen (Harris's Hawk and Ruffed Grouse), I unfortunately have not photographed. So, how about a bird with three U's somewhere in its name? I think I only have photographed two, with the other being a good one for next week (V).
