Two from yesterday. Confirmations.

I agree with both.  The long tail and dark inner wings are good marks for the harrier.  Adult female, with buffy streaked underparts?  The pale breast and head, not contrasting much if at all with the throat, are good for the the Western Kingbird.  Nice shots!
