I agree with the eyebrow thing.  It was in very heavy shade, so hard to see leg coloring & color shade of bird.

I went back and looked at sightings in the area and a Louisiana was seen at the same Hotspot a couple of days ago--from the photo it looks like the same drainage ditch.  So, on closer inspection of the first picture, I think the throat does look too clean for Northern.   Yays? Nays?

Both should be coming through your area right now, so Northern isn’t out of the range of possibility. It’s certainly less common, but I’m sticking with Northern. Safest thing to do is report it as a slash.
