IKLland
Do you recall whether it was waging its tail up and down? It’s an empid, leaning Hammond’s but not positive.

It’s an empid, leaning Hammond’s but not positive. I have 20 frames. The first 12 it is standing erect with the tail straight down. The last 8 frames the tail moved forward then back to vertical once, then forward again to the position shown in the last photo. I don't know if that qualifies as wagging its tail. Then it confirms that it’s not a gray flycatcher. Either Hammonds or dusky, leaning Hammonds. Wait for more thoughts.
Zoroark
The small beak definitely makes me want to say Hammond's.

This photo you have up is a fox sparrow, not a bell’s sparrow. https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/441347831 Edited April 29, 2022 by IKLland

I was thinking a juvenile Bell's, but I can see Fox -- that would be a lifer for me. I don't doubt you, but I'll go ahead and post it as a new topic. Thanks.
