Robert Nelson
Cranfield COE Park, Lake Norfork, North Central Arkansas, Nov. 5, 2018. This one was in a small flock of birds working the treetops at the Lake.. Their actions look like flycatchers. The day was rainy and they were too far away for a clear shot. I hope this is enough. https://flic.kr/p/2bi6K4V https://flic.kr/p/2cFSRZz
Charlie Spencer
Waxwing. The yellowish belly has me leaning to Cedar but I wouldn't bet on it.. The behavior of the flock fits. I dunno what happened in that first photo. The bird looks four-eyed. Edited November 5, 2018 by Charlie Spencer
Bird Brain
Agree with Waxwing, and given the location (Arkansas) it should be Cedar Waxwing.
