chipperatl
I see small bit of white in the vent, so maybe this is a distant intergrade? Eye-arcs are yellow and don't look like any artifact of light. Still about an hour and 40 minutes prior to sunset, so wasn't red sky.
Quiscalus quiscula
I'm terrible at subspecies, but it sure looks like the Yellow Palms we get here. Nice photos! 3

Charlie Spencer
I've seen both around here. If I saw this one hopping around, I'd go with (Yellow). 3
Peromyscus
My gut reaction is Yellow (eastern) Palm Warbler. 1

Hasan
The photos feel retouched or at least very odd from their natural white balance. Because of that I'm having trouble getting a feel for how yellow the bird actually is 1

Did you use auto white balance in the camera, or did you select a white balance setting?

I use AWB also, but often have to adjust it in editing.
