Avery
@Tanager 101 my phone (Apple) won’t let me download or view .mts files, so I’m guessing it may not work for many others either. Could you convert it to .mp3? I remember RHWO calls as scared/surprised sounding RBWO churrs

I know what both Woodpeckers sound like an it was a faint kind of far off but didn't fit either species. To me it kind of sounded more in between but closer to Red-bellied. Caley Thomas 2.0
I was unable to listen to it and feel like it sounds fine for Red-bellied, although admittedly I have very little experience with Red-headeds...Having said that, however, my Merlin Bird ID app doesn't have any Red-headed call that sounds anything like the one provided, so feel pretty confident about it. Identical twins sharing identical thoughts, maybe? ?

Always wonder how they and the rest of that crazy tribe are doing. Just thought the connection was interesting, but I know that only applies to me so ignore my babble. I'm seeing a trend here. Perhaps @Jessica2008 could teach @robert2008 how to embed a link so she doesn't have to come back and do it herself. 4
lonestranger
Did I confuse you @Charlie Spencer? When @Jessica2008 repeated @robert2008 the first time, she embed a link that wasn't in @robert2008's post. When she repeated @robert2008's second post she once again embedded a link that wasn't originally there, thus the trend I was referring to. Does that help with your confusion, or did something else confuse you? *knows its easily done*
