I have photographed this bird before.

@Jagularr There are definitely a lot of fun statistical questions that could come out of that data. Which birds were gotten the quickest and which had the most failures, by percentage of guessers for that game? Are certain families trickier? Do certain types of photos stump people? How many people have played over 300 games? 360? Between 2 and 15? These are rhetorical, of course, so you don't have to answer these particular questions. πŸ™‚

This would be interesting. To see which birds people know best/worst.

Agreed. I'd say 90% of the time the photos are from flickr via creative commons website. However I agree, would be cool to link to those too regardless.

Β Until the 5th I had no idea what the heck was going on with that photo! My first guess was <Yellow-crowned Night Heron, I thought it just had a weird hairdo! >Even now I'm confused.
