Anybody notice that this is not a photo?  At first I thought "weird, this bird looks like it's made of wood!"  Turns out it's made of colored pencil!

...are you sure? It really looks like a picture to me, little variations of focus, like the end of the bill where it's slightly farther than the rest of the bird. I think if anything it's overedited.

I'm not 100% convinced one way or the other, but the reflection just doesn't look natural to me. I'd like to see the tail connected to the bird, but I think I'd still find it hard to decide.

I did! Probably helped me spiral into overthinking this one which earned me a couple red squares.

Photo, painting, drawing, crayon on construction paper; it's all the same when you don't know what the bird is anyway.  :classic_biggrin:

I wish there was an option to view the previous day.

Thanks @PaulK. I wonder if the tail was drawn after the fact to show features that are missing in the photo. I still think the reflection is weird but I can't see an artist making a bird drawing and leaving the tail cut off like that.  I can see a photographer cutting the tail off quite easily though.

I don't know if that's the full photo or just the one I got last, so I can't confirm.
