So was mine, but it was a lot larger than a kinglet. I  wish it was a kinglet though. It would be the first georgian sighting in months.

With the eyering and bill shape I can't really think of anything else, but timing is waay off, so my brain is probably just messing with me.

Maybe, but what about the eye ring? I have never seen a Eastern Phoebe with an eye ring. Also, it didn't have the right body structure for a Phoebe. I believe you are right about it not being a RCKI
