Kittipaws
S. WI 8/14, 4pm. I would like to mention first that this yellow oriole turned orange once I downloaded it to my laptop so even if it is a Baltimore it was a very yellow bird, which is why I’m here. I have seen yellow male Baltimores so I would imagine there are yellow females also? With that said, if the bird is a Baltimore can you please tell me what characteristics make it that and not an Orchard? I'm here to learn! ☺️ ALSO, in the last two photos of the pair of Baltimores, I was wondering if the bird on the right could positively be identified as a female or is it the wrong time of year for that? Any info is helpful, thanks so much!
Birds are cool
The first give photos are of a female orchard Oriole. The last two photos are of Baltimore Orioles. Explanation of just about everything you need to know about a Baltimore and orchard Oriole. You need to scroll down a little ways to find the differences. https://avianreport.com/differences-identification-baltimore-orchard-oriole/
