This morning, North Logan, Utah.  In town at Maple Springs Assisted Living.  Sat there quite a while.  At first I thought Coopers but re-thinking its a Sharpie.

You will also probably not see a Sharpie this much out in the open.  Cooper's are way bolder.

Looks like Sharpie to me, smaller head and longer body then Coopers,  Tail which is not present is the best tell.

Another Cooper's vote.   Shape and size of head.   The "mean" look due to a slight supraorbital ridge.  Sharpies look more 'bug-eyed' to me.
