Female Wood Duck.  The white throat and neck markings are a good indicator.

That was my thinking, but it came up as "Unreported", which is weird for this area.

 I did wonder about eclipse male but those have orange bills.  I confess I didn’t think about immature male.

Looking again I think only the second bird can be identified as a male, not sure if they are different birds.
