Savannah Sparrow, possibly of the Ipswich subspecies.  Vespers have bolder eyerings and lack the white supercilium.  Also, a Vesper Sparrow's white malar stripe is more of a hook shape, curving around the auricular and back toward the eye.

Thanks, everyone, I didnt really expect Vesper but the lack of yellow caused my brain to lock up on ID, I see many ipswiches,(in fact, I just reported a banded one to the lab)  and I should have known...
