Images or Prints suitable for Framing

You could go on photo sharing sites such as Flickr, etcetera, do a search what you're looking for & then contact the photographer & ask their permission to use their shot's.

Also stock photo sites - you'll have to pay but they tend to be excellent quality and suitable for blowing up pretty large. As for places to get the prints done my local architectural blueprint shop actually does excellent large format art printing too.
