Charlie Spencer 491 Posted November 21, 2018 (edited) Phinizy Swamp Nature Park, south of Augusta, GA. November 20th, 2018. There were several in relatively small area of a few hundred feet, active, hopping through the cover between 5 and 15 feet off the ground. The entire park was quite damp and the area around the sightings was often under several inches to a couple of feet of standing water. Do any other eastern warblers have the bright yellow undertail with a paler belly? Thanks. Edited November 21, 2018 by Charlie Spencer
The Bird Nuts 909 Posted November 21, 2018 That is a Palm Warbler.
Charlie Spencer 491 Posted November 22, 2018 Okay, I feel far more comfortable with that ID. I didn't like OCWA but I didn't see the fall plumage for Western Palms.
TooFly 67 Posted November 22, 2018 I like Palm too...due to the brow and yellow rump.
