I can't see it as anything else with that bill, and its current plumage is definitely possible, probably still molting into breeding plumage. There’s no way it’s a peep(Semipalmated and least sandpipers), the black legs rule out pectoral and Stilt sandpipers, and there’s really nothing else it can be.
