Mark F
This video was shot today in the SF Bay Area. I haven’t seen this bird all summer, but have spotted it at least three times in the last couple of weeks. It’s quite small, but bigger than a Least or Western Sandpiper. Thanks! https://forums.whatbird.com/index.php?/forum/2-help-me-identify-a-north-american-bird/&do=add# 66B9ED9E-B080-435F-85B9-DDF02AA4F465.MOV

chipperatl
That tail that doesn't ever seem to stop bobbing, and the white spur coming up in front of the wings are good field marks for Spotted.

Funny, it ran just fine when I first uploaded, but now it has to be coaxed to run on my iPhone and won't run at all on my lap top.
