1. Gray Hawk

2, 3. Great Black Hawk or Common Black Hawk, not sure how to tell the difference 

4. Yellow-headed Caracara

Agree with others, and I'm fairly sure both 2 and 3 are Common Black Hawks.  Legs look shorter than expected for Great on the adult, and the facial pattern on the young one looks better for Common because of the dark and thick malar.
