Getchell
I live in northern GA in the suburbs and every morning I wake up to the same bird call, i’d love to know what type of bird it is so I can set ir as my alarm. The call always has 4 whistles (high, low, high, low). I know its not alot of infomtion but i love the sound and would like to know what type of bird it is. HamRHead
Maybe a Tufted Titmouse. They have a lot of calls, but here is a link to the one I am thinking about: https://www.xeno-canto.org/407931
Charlie Spencer
@Getchell, welcome! Are the notes fast or slow? Are there breaks between them or does one flow into the next? Do you hear only one bird or are there several of them calling? Over here in central SC, the Northern Cardinals are some of the earliest risers. Based solely on that minimal bit of info, see if any of these songs sound like your bird: https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Northern_Cardinal/sounds
Bee_ keeper
If it's singing every morning like clockwork it could be a Carolina Wren. Here's one that sings in fours: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7GLIFUtXj2M Black capped Chickadees can sing in the high-low pattern that you describe: https://birdsna.org/Species-Account/bna/species/bkcchi/introduction#MenuSiteNav
Bee_ keeper
Late edit: Actually for your location the Carolina Chickadee is a better bet than the Black-capped. First four-note song at bottom of page here sounds good: https://www.audubon.org/field-guide/bird/carolina-chickadee Edited December 5, 2018 by Bee_ keeper

If the bird sings every morning, I suggest getting a recording and posting it for the experts to listen to. As you can see by the variety of suggestions so far, a written description of a bird song is hard to nail down, a recording on the other hand makes an ID much easier for the experts.
Metaquatic
High, low, high low sounds like Carolina Chickadee. A similar High, low, low, low and sometimes Low, high, high, high is a White-throated Sparrow. Try these websites and click on the Listen button. Make sure you are listening to the SONG not the CALL! https://ebird.org/species/carchi https://ebird.org/species/whtspa/ Stay Curious! Jabird
The robin is always the first to call on summer mornings in my neck of the woods (Ontario).
