Charlie Spencer
Stilt Sandpiper (blocky head, drooping bill, smaller than the) Lesser Yellowlegs? I think the bills are too short and the birds not chunky enough for either dowitcher. Not an expert, don't play one on TV, didn't stay in a Holiday Inn Express. Definitely wait for better-informed opinions. Edited November 3, 2022 by Charlie Spencer
