Confirm Dickcissel

This is where it really pays off to study House Sparrows, as they sometimes associate with that species when found outside of their range! This bird does have some slight yellow tones on its head, and the black malar stripe especially distinguishes it from House Sparrows. Also notice the streaking on the back flanks and subtle structural differences.
