Connor Cochrane
Doing a trip to Panama later this month. Main birding areas I'm traveling to are Pipeline Road and El Valle de Anton. I've been to Costa Rica, so I have seen many of the birds down there. I'm hoping to pull between 100-125 lifers, but we'll see, really depends on the conditions. I only have a guide scheduled for one day, so hopefully I'll be able to figure out everything by myself. Some of the main targets are Blue Cotinga, Rufous-vented Ground Cuckoo, Choco Screech-owl, Black-crowned Antpitta, and better looks at Ocellated Antbird (saw these briefly in Costa Rica). https://ebird.org/tripreport/88646
