This is a really big red flag. Chestnut-sided Warblers rarely overwinter in the US (there are exactly two records for CSWA in eBird north of Florida, all time), and birds don't simply show up three months early. I would not call this on a cocked tail.

Let me clarify, I meant (there are exactly two records for CSWA in eBird north of Florida in the months of January and February, all time)
