Birds are cool
I tried to get an in focus photo, but couldn't. My guess is RCKI, but could it be a CSWA?
Snake Fingers
I’m thinking RCKI because I don’t think there’s that much white on the wing for CSWA. But I’m probably wrong…
Bird-Boys
Looks ok for Chestnut-sided. That cocked tail behavior is distinctive. 1
Birds are cool
YAY!! Presumably a female? This is the earliest a Chestnut sided Warbler has ever been reported in Georgia by three months! I am so happy I decided to not delete the photo, and call it a RCKI. https://ebird.org/species/chswar/US-GA
The Bird Nuts
I don't think this is identifiable. 9

This is a really big red flag. Chestnut-sided Warblers rarely overwinter in the US (there are exactly two records for CSWA in eBird north of Florida, all time), and birds don't simply show up three months early. I would not call this on a cocked tail.
blackburnian
Definitely wouldn’t call this a Chestnut-sided.

IKLland
My impression is Ruby-crowned Kinglet(or Golden-crowned), but I too wouldn’t call this anything at all. Definitely wouldn’t call it a CSWA.
