chipperatl
Trying to catch up on my audio recordings from last year, and have this doozy. Merlin called it a Canyon Wren as did BirdNET. It really sounds a lot like one. I searched and found some people saying Sora can sound similar. This one seems more buzzy than Sora. https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/526008961
Birds are cool
The whinny sound at about 10 seconds? Sounds like a Sora to me.

No. Pretty sure that is a Red-winged Blackbird, followed by a Warbling Vireo. It is the buzzy "chirps" about every second or so, that isn't the chipmunk.

They can make a lot of different weet sounds
Quiscalus quiscula
Sounds similar to some Red-winged Blackbird calls I've heard before.
