I have heard of Collins Lake and drove past it a couple of times before, but have never birded there. Collins Lake is definitely the best for waterfowl in my county, but I think you can get the same birds at lakes in the saratoga area. There is often one or two Greater White-fronted Geese reported there pretty consistently in the spring or fall, though. Seattle Posted June 1 Share Posted June 1 I was going to do the "best photo of the day" but considering it hard to tell what it is! This yellow breasted chat was pretty far out and was hard to find thru the view finder. So here's my yellow breasted chat (trust me).
