Which type of hawk

It’s either a Blue Jay or a Mockingbird imitating a Blue Jay, but I’d need a better recording to be sure. Also a Carolina Wren in the background. 
 

What kind of hawk are you thinking it is? Maybe I could help describe how it’s different.

The Blue Jays by me are getting so good that they are becoming a nuisance. Half the time I can't tell if it's a Blue Jay or a Red-shouldered Hawk!

I've watched a Blue Jay look over its shoulder after giving its Red-shoulder call, as if it was thinking "did I rile up any birds?"
