dragon49
Not a good photo, but it qualifies. 🙂 Here's an iPhone photo from my pre-Ebird days back in New York City.  https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/428087081

Clip
Like others I don't have a boat load of good photos of Ruddy Ducks. I do have a few decent one dating back to 2014 of a breeding male but I choose a more recent one (2020) of a non-breeding male and a female. I like the photo and it is both male and female.

Charlie Spencer
Good morning, Whatbirders! Welcome to the last week of June, the first full week of astronomical summer. We'll celebrate with Grackles! Common, Boat-tailed, and / or Great-tailed. Photo, audio, or video.
lonesome55dove
Good morning, everyone! I had to duck out on last week's selection. I don't have many photos of water birds even though I live near several waterways. I'm sure I can scrounge up a Common Grackle though. 🪶

dragon49
Boat-tailed Grackle: I didn't do too much to setup this shot. It just worked out. It even looks a little phony, as if I superimposed the bird behind the spider web: https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/490643601 Not many awesome captures of Common Grackles. This reminds me to take some more photos of them. I'll go with this one: https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/575491841
