Corey
Today in southern Nevada. I thought this was a bank, but that would set off a rare bird alert. Thanks!
IKLland
I believe that’s a scruffy immature female Tree Swallow. Breast band doesn’t look strong/defined enough for a Bank.
IKLland
I may be wrong though, so wait for more opinions.
Avery
That breast band looks way too thick for a first-spring TRES to me. BANS is my guess.

My friend(a very good birder) and I were out a few weeks ago and there was a bird that looked super similar to this, and he called it an immature TRES. I would just expect it to be much cleaner below. I could be completely wrong.
Aidan B
I think it's a Bank as well. It's hard to tell, but it looks like there might be white wrapping around the auriculars.
Birds are cool
Bank Swallow for me. Band is way to thick for a Tree Swallow.
blackburnian
Bank Swallow. Notice the size and structural difference next to the Tree Swallow.

What structural difference should I be looking for? Does the Tree Swallow have longer wings in relation to the tail? Hard to tell when the postures are different.
