Nestlings and fledglings of many species have orange-yellow mouths, along with the flesh around their bills (the 'gape').  That's what the parents aim for!  These have probably left the nest recently but are still semi-dependent on the adults for food.  Other clues they're recently out of the nest is they don't fly very well yet, and will follow their parents around begging with their open orange mouths and flapping wings.
