Help with some ID's

Recommended Posts

I saw these birds yesterday morning at the Celery Farm in Bergen County, NJ. I'm not sure which type of vireo this is, and I'm hoping to confirm a rusty blackbird. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That large bill looks better for a Grackle(Common???) than a Rusty Blackbird to me.

I agree, I think Common Grackle because of that tail(doesn’t look very long IMO) and possibly range. I’m pretty sure that vireo is a Warbling Vireo.

Agree with Common Grackle and Warbling Vireo.

Me too. Rusty Blackbirds should not be in New Jersey in June, they breed further to the north. And Boat-tailed Grackles should not be at the celery farm, they are coastal.
